The Process
Standard turnaround is 4–6 weeks per language from receipt of a clean manuscript. Rush service is available — contact us for scheduling.
You send us your manuscript and we assess it for compatibility with our production process — word count, formatting complexity, image handling, any domain-specific terminology that needs a custom glossary. We confirm languages, turnaround, and price before anything starts.
Day 1–3Your manuscript runs through our full multi-stage translation and verification process. Each chapter is processed independently, verified by an independent AI system, and scored against our quality gate. Chapters that don't clear are flagged and cycled back for correction.
Week 1–2Chapters that score above the clean threshold go through additional automated correction passes. Chapters with persistent quality issues are flagged for human review rather than passed through automatically.
Week 2–3Portal access is available for native-speaker review at sentence level — flagging issues and proposing corrections that feed into final scoring. You may supply your own reviewer, or request portal access for an independent reviewer of your choice.
Week 3–5We run a final corpus-level MQM score across all chapters and deliver the completed translation in your requested format — along with the full MQM report so you have documented quality evidence for your own publishing records.
Week 5–6Intake & Deliverables
We work with whatever you have and deliver in whatever format your workflow requires. We'll agree on formats at intake — no surprises.
Images with embedded text (diagrams, charts, screenshots) are handled separately — discuss at intake.
Multiple output formats can be delivered from a single run — specify all required formats at intake.
