Translation Services · For Authors & Publishers

Your book.
Every language.

We translate technical and non-fiction books using the same independently-verified, MQM-scored process we use for our own titles — then deliver in whatever format your publishing workflow requires.

Get a Quote How It Works

Not a translation agency. A self-improving publishing process.

Most translation services give you a Word document back and call it done. We run your manuscript through a multi-stage independent verification system, score every chapter with MQM metrics, and deliver publication-ready output — with the scores to prove it. Every edition we complete makes the next one better.

📊

You get the MQM report

Every delivered translation comes with a full MQM quality report — chapter by chapter scores, issue breakdowns, and the verification run log. No translation agency gives you this.

⚔️

Independent cross-model verification

A second independent AI system verifies the output of the primary translation engine. Systematic errors that fool one model rarely fool both. No fallback, no skipped chapters.

👤

Native-speaker review portal

Every translation is reviewed at sentence level by a native speaker using our purpose-built review portal — not a general freelancer skimming a document.

📦

Your format, delivered clean

We accept DOCX, Google Docs, plain text, and structured markdown. We deliver back in EPUB, PDF, DOCX, or structured markdown — whatever your publishing workflow requires.

From your manuscript to a published translation

Standard turnaround is 4–6 weeks per language from receipt of a clean manuscript. Rush service is available — contact us for scheduling.

1

Intake & assessment

You send us your manuscript and we assess it for pipeline compatibility — word count, formatting complexity, image handling, any domain-specific terminology that needs a custom glossary. We confirm languages, turnaround, and price before anything starts.

Day 1–3
2

Pipeline translation run

Your manuscript runs through our full seven-stage pipeline: Claude Haiku initial translation → DeepL synthesis → Claude Sonnet adjudication → GPT-4o adversarial proof → final adjudication → back-translation cosine similarity verification → MQM absolute scoring. Each chapter is processed independently and flagged if it doesn't clear the quality gate.

Week 1–2
3

Prose fix passes

Chapters that score above the clean threshold (MQM >5.0) go through additional automated prose-fix passes with tournament-model adjudication. Chapters scoring above 15.0 are flagged for human review rather than passed through automatically.

Week 2–3
4

Native-speaker review

A native speaker reviews the full translation via our portal — sentence by sentence, flagging issues and proposing corrections. All flags are incorporated before final scoring. You can optionally supply your own reviewer; we provide portal access.

Week 3–5
5

Final MQM score & delivery

We run a final corpus-level MQM score across all chapters and deliver the completed translation in your requested format — along with the full MQM report so you have documented quality evidence for your own publishing records.

Week 5–6

Need it faster?

Rush turnaround is available for urgent projects. Timeline depends on manuscript length and language. Contact us with your deadline and we'll tell you what's possible.

What to send us. What you get back.

We work with whatever you have and deliver in whatever format your workflow requires. We'll agree on formats at intake — no surprises.

📥 We accept

  • Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Google Docs (shared link)
  • Plain text / Markdown (.md, .txt)
  • Structured manuscript formats
  • Chapter-by-chapter file sets

Images with embedded text (diagrams, charts, screenshots) are handled separately — discuss at intake.

📤 We deliver

  • EPUB (ready for KDP, Apple Books, Kobo, D2D)
  • PDF (corporate, print, internal distribution)
  • Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Structured Markdown (for your own pipeline)
  • Full MQM quality report (included with every order)

Multiple output formats can be delivered from a single run — specify all required formats at intake.

A note on images: Our pipeline translates prose. Embedded text inside images — diagrams, charts, UI screenshots, infographics — requires a separate handling pass. If your book contains significant image-based text, mention it at intake and we'll scope it correctly.
